My first LO using SCAL

Another 2 page 12x12 LO to add to DH's Army book.

I used Scale, two different fonts for the title and of course welded the letters together...cuttlebug embossing and inking along with some sewing on the mats...>TFL

"I love you" LO

This was another challenge from the MB, where you had to use 5 different carts and choose a cut from those carts to implement on a LO.

I used Doodlecharms, ALphalicious, Base camp, and Jasmine...TFL

These are pics from when DH was in Kuwait...very precious to me...I will eventually frame this 12x12 LO.

Gotta love little Davey, my sand eater....lol

Finished product of the exploding box

I of course didn't share all the pics, but you can get the general idea...lol....lots of fun to create and extremely time consuming....TFL

This was David inserted pocket, pages...his mini LO's were on the front and back
Jimmy's pages, Lo's on front and back
The inside of the box...pics/mini LO's of both the boys.

These were opposite sides of the outside of the lid for the box....alphalicious cart

More of the Exploding Box

This was the lid for the box...used the cuttlebug font an decided to sticle the font....put the letters on chipboard for dimension....TFL
These are the inside pocket pages....I used front and back of each one for the Boys pics wwith embellishments

My first Exploding Box

I found this kit at a LSS in Lexington, KY. and it was already cut and scored all I needed to do was assemble it and add my inking and CS along with PP choices, then create like minature scrapbook pages for each box....they came with 2 pocket pages to go inside the box, so decorating was very time consuming....I purchased this for Mom for Christmas and just finished!!! Sad i know, but it was well worth the wait, she'll love it!!! TFL
This is the outside of the box, which it stayed the same I ddin't add any pics to the outside....

The Box folded up

The inside of the box.....added lots of pics to this page...this one I shared pics of Jimmy & David

Christmas ornaments

I know I'm a bit behind in sharing these...Kristie from the MB shared the technique with me and she got it from a member on the CMB....They was so much fun to create.

I used the faux metal contact paper from Lowes and used the cricut to cut out the letters...assorted ribbon came from WM...TFL

This cut came from the Home Decor cart

With Sympathy

These cards were created using my new SCAL{Sure cuts alot} program...I used the Wendy Medium font and welded it together....TFL

I actually got to looking and these are the only two cards that I've made since Christmas cards, so I need to get busy working on some cards.

I've returned..........

Wow....Has it really been since December since I last posted....how sad is that....Talk about neglecting my blog.

We had a very Blessed Christmas this past year....Time spent together as a family. THis was my first true Christmas as a Born again Christian, it truly put the true meaning of Christmas in a whole new light!!!

It gets too easy to live for the earthly things and forget why we are really here and what our true purpose is. The Lord should ALWAYS be put first and thought of before all others and before all things.

I've managed to get alot of projects completed and even a few LO's, amazing huh...lol....I will defiantly be sharing them.

On the Faithbooking MB we started a few challenges and that has truly helped with inspiration to complete some LO's and motivation also.

I purchased the SCAL program for my Cricut E last month and just absolutely love it.....I love fonts and to be able to implement them into the use of my E is a true Blessing. Now to continue creating...lol

I'm going to try my best to get busy posting some of my recent projects and cards ect...I appreciate you stopping by to have a look see and wish for you a blessed evening and a Faith filled life in Christ...God Bless.
